So it's amazing that this isn't being reported here, at all. The UK is holding a general election today that basically will say if they are an independent nation or not.

Basically the conservatives there are tired of paying welfare and want out, and it's almost a 50/50 vote according to exit polls. Results should be in soon.

    I hope they do Brexit.

If Britain exits, it opens the door for others to hold their own plebiscites. It could lead to the eventual end of the EU.

I've been watching this closely. It should be a big deal, but most people are more concerned with facebook and what was on last nights TV shows more than they care about the fate of the world.

Looks like Remain is holding a lead over Leave right now.

If they don't leave now, they might not be able to in the future.

They are staying. Just like elections here, theirs are rigged too.
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

            Looks like it.

When almost half of your Country wants out, it pays to listen and address the causes of that discontent. They may also want to keep in mind the words of JFK.

Those who make peaceful revolution impossible make violent revolution inevitable.

When the cover of every euro-liberal rag is pleading the Brits to vote to stay, you know it's a loser for Britain.

Here's a snippet from an organization that wants to leave the EU:

"Vote Leave told its followers on Twitter: “Today’s referendum is about democracy. If you cherish it and it matters to you at all, then please #VoteLeave and #TakeBackControl.” The campaign has relentlessly attacked the European Union as an unaccountable and faceless bureaucracy that is subsidized by Britain and offers little more than onerous directives in return, while forcing high levels of migrants onto Britain through its insistence on the free movement of labor, capital, goods and services."
When the government pays, the government controls.

Yep, just like every limp dick article on CNBC about how Trump's plan for trade will sink everything. It is all a bunch of fucking bullshit.

                      8.4m for BREXIT
                      7.9m to REMAIN

With a little over half the results in.

Have the dead and border jumpers all voted yet? That may be necessary for Bremain.
