My opinion has been and will be that the FBI knew it all. They had the deleted emails and the rest of the mess that was leaked way in advance. They hinged hope on the deleted emails not being released. Kim.com and Wikileaks have both basically said "fuck you, here's what we got, it goes public November 1st." Just like what was promised. I assume Gowdy saw what was coming and is doing whatever he can to save his ass. He's as culpable as the rest in hiding the truth.
