I just don’t buy that. I know many Mexicans who love him for pretending he is Latino. His Senate race was fucking scary. In a National election, no way he loses. No way no how.

He only got something like 2/3rds of the Hispanic vote against Cruz. That says a lot. And 85% of the black vote. And 40% of white women. This is against Ted Cruz who is reviled by a lot of people. None of these numbers are enough. Compare them to Obama.

Thus the recent conversion to capitalism. I have to give him credit, he came right out with his desperate move this time instead of realizing he was nine points behind and commiting political suicide.

Debating cruz was a guaranteed way for him to end any chance he might have had. Cruz would have annihilated him. I'm not a big Cruz fan, but he's likely one of the toughest to debate in DC.
