Spot on. Modern-day theocracies inevitably turn out bad because some despot uses his personal version of religion to further his own political ambitions.

The Islamic Republic of Iran for instance.....

Yeah yall come back when you can actually form a rebuttle. I'll be waiting. Course I'm sure I'll be waiting a long damn time. Yeah you suck.
When you post something worthy of a rebuttal, you'll get one. All of the points you've given have been proven demonstrably wrong, so there's no use in going over it again.

pretty much an atheist respects natural law, and knows this is a human concept in and of itself.

They simply discard any supernatural concepts.

To refute atheism on these terms is to set boundaries on the supernatural.

So, what supernatural concepts are distinct from superstition? For an atheist, none. For the spiritual, only certain ones. The difference is, how to decide?

There are self proclaimed atheists who seem to have more problems with that than theists. They are lost. they strike out as is human nature. Humans are binary creatures in thought. Especially those who attempt to define atheism dictated by theistic principles. As we have seen above.

Love your "creator" or whatever demiurge you recognize. It is not wrong to do so. the problem of evil has always been the backbone of theology. If you feel something is "right" it doesn't make you wrong for feeling that way. Just remember that this is the crux of religious dispute. Do you feel right about something because you are blessed or because you are cursed? Or as an atheist would put it, because you are locked into a trap of everything being right or wrong?

Atheism is the third way. There are more than two.

If it weren't for the aggressive expansion of the Romans who were influenced by Etruscans via the Phoenicians (non whitey's) White people would have most likely languished in a semi civilized state for a lot longer than we did and wouldn't have had a basic core of language and beliefs to go off of after the fall of western Rome. The dominance of us whitey's is in all probability temporary until another culture comes up with a better way of doing shit or until we fuck ourselves up.

    I guess it's really a wash. Whatever.

But this story really does make atheists look like bitches.
Christians are a pretty easy target, simply from a standpoint that they are expected to "spread" their faith, and a large portion of this country proclaims Christianity to be their religion of choice. That puts them in the crosshairs more often. The atheists described in this thread(out of no where by the way, no atheists attacked anyone or Christianity in this thread. Quite the contrary, actually) are part of the backlash that is tired of hearing about it.

Almost every atheist goes through a somewhat militant phase where they're so sick of hearing it all that they go polar opposite, in an attempt to discredit Christianity by becoming the antithesis of it. Most intelligent atheists grow out of it. I did. I do however still get an occasional kick out of provoking other people who are so concerned with proving my OPINION wrong. Do I believe in God? No. Am I 100% sure I'm correct? Of course not. It doesn't change my thoughts on the subject though. I'm as sure about my beliefs as anyone else is about theirs, because none of us KNOW jack shit. That's just the way it is. And that is why they are called BELIEFS rather than FACTS.

That in pretty much all cases, they have very little actual knowledge of. So add hypocrisy to the list. Ironic hypocrisy.

    2. The simple fact that man's knowledge is so limited. Put simply, all atheists posit what’s called a universal negative. A universal negative requires absolute knowledge (omniscience) whereas a universal positive may not require that. For instance, let’s say I am in a building with 4 rooms, and I have only been in 1 room. In order to say that every room is empty, I would have to have knowledge of all 4 rooms. I would need to know the entirety of what I am claiming to know. Which would require faith. Again, they are what they hate. So they're fucking stupid. Any time an atheist claims that there is absolutely no God, they are claiming absolute and full knowledge of the universe (omniscience). If they are not claiming absolute knowledge, then they are going off of faith, but in fact, since they could never EVER know for sure that universal negative, then they are requiring much more faith than a person who claims there is a God (because finding out if there is a God may not require absolute knowledge). They're also stupid cause they can't see this simple logical fallacy. I could see it since the time that I had even been exposed to the whole debate, which was probably somewhere around age 7. Sooo... they're not even as smart as a 7 year old. Its just sad.

    3. The definition of an atheism is: the doctrine or belief that there is no God
•a lack of belief in the existence of God or gods. So if you don't completely subscribe to these in their entirety, then you're not an atheist. Basically, you have to believe something that can not be proven. Back to being what they claim is wrong/nonexistent.

Uh, except for the fact that yeah, if you go anywhere in the world refuting something or someone, you're going to be asked to explain your point of view.

Oh wow. Why am I not surprised your intelligence peaked at age 7? Holy shit, I'm not even touching that retarded garbage.

It's not really atheists, it is bandwagon douches who don't like Christianity because it somehow makes them feel cool.

Many of the same ones who think crystals will heal their acne, that trees have feelings and that horoscopes are somehow scientific.

    But you've seen that.
