What is the going price/cost of the powered attic vent fans?

when i had acoolerhouse.com retrofit my house, one of the many things they did was install an 850 solar attic fan. the unit was $500 and installation was free as part of the retrofit.

You can buy them at Home Depot. Easy to install if you know the basics in laying shingles.

There really isn't too much of a discount on parts. I buy everything in bulk when I do jobs and get a discount but just buying 3-4 fans my cost would be about the same as what you would pay at home depot...
