I have a couple of nail guns that have been sitting around. I hooked them up to test out and they have an internal leak. Are these repairable or are they shot? Any input is appreciated.

Some of them you can take apart and rebuild them. Just some seals and whatnot. Check with the gun manufacturer to see if they offer a rebuild kit. -
Take them to Southern Staple Supply on 183 and Mockingbird, they will fix them up for you.Comment

Sometimes they are simple O Rings you can grab at the parts store.
Otherwise, if brand name and not 20 yo you can find a rebuild kit online.Comment

They are not too old but they don't look to be name brand. From what I could tell on the one i took apart some hard plastic inside is cracking from lack of oil. Hopefully the Staple Supply can take care of it, thanks.Originally posted by BMCSean View PostComment
