I do them with my fater in-law... Any idea of lot size? May be able to give you a ballpark estimate to use in your dealings with more local guys... Also will you have flower beds that you want irrigated? Any large obstacles(huge trees, swimming pools, other non movable structure) in the inner part of the yard?
