Lift in Garage

Max Jack is all you would need.

I have looked into them but you can stand up under them. I talked to the builder and the whole garage will be vaulted. So I should have enough room for a full size lift.

John has a pretty sweet setup. I am actually looking at some lower profile lifts. My garage is 10' tall with a vault in the center for the car.

Does he plan on adding an electric opener ?

Not that I know of. It isn't used as a daily parking garage only a shop so not too big of a deal

I am having the builder vault the ceiling in my garage on the two-bay side and plan on installing a high lift kit on the garage door. Also i have seen that they make a opener that hooks up to the spring above the door.

The ones that attach to the torsion tube are pretty awesome.

I'm not sure what all you plan to do but keep in mind those low post lifts ha e the bump in the middle that covers the cables and stuff. That makes a tranny jack suck and a bump to trip on.
