Garage lift finally in use.

Maybe I'll just do a manual highlift on the single door. That should be fairly inexpensive to do right

Yeah I don't see why not. The hardware isn't that much more expensive than your new hardware that will be included with your house and you'll save money by not having and opener. That said have them put in an electrical outlet where the high lift opener would be mounted in case you decide to add one later.
