WIFI booster or repeater

My router is located and one corner of the house and my son's room at the other. He is complaining about spotty connectivity on WIFI devices.

I see there are a number of boosters or repeaters out there on the market. Are any better than others or ones to look out for for?

What router do you have , unless you live in a mansion or if he lives in the basement you shouldn't have any issues around the house, Heck mine reaches into my backyard to the pool all the way to the other side of my neighbors house.

Might just wanna replace but if you want a repeater get one of those plug in netgear ones super easy to install and they work great.

Tell your son get off the internet and go get laid, drink a little, smoke some pot, drag race a bit, or just go cause a little trouble like kids are supposed to.
