When your couch looks like this, what do you do?

Furniture repair/re-upholsterer can replace that one piece of leather pretty easily. They'll just match and replace that one section.

But like others said, the rest prolly won't last much longer so I wouldn't put much coin in it.

$3k? Ouch. You should be able to get a nice top or full grain leather couch for that price. Hell, I paid $2k for couch and loveseat set from Ashley and it's 100% top grain, no vinyl.
