How do you negotiate with a builder?

If you include the land, pool, house and some of the stuff I'm doing on my own (AV, etc) we are right at $135. Pretty happy with the outcome so far.

Laurel had to have a crazy door. They are putting it in next week.

Looks good man! We were thinking about going with a door like that...saw them at the state fair I think but never called them. Mind sharing what that door is costing?

The door was $8K installed. They have them priced from $4K up to $25K

yikes!! I figured they were up there in price. I guess for a double door, that doesn't sound too bad though, and if they're like the ones we saw...they are solid!
