That set can not do what you want. You will need seperate strobes controlled by a lighting controller to do what you want.

you makin santas runway lol.....i would assume a controller.....but the feed would have to be stepped to apply current to each lamp, one at a time in whatever speed you decide......as far as where to get one or if thats even the right way to go about it, i dont know

How can I make the strobes in the link below, act like the strobes in the video? Do I need some sort of controller or computer, or can this be done with the lights themselves?
