Cheap ass home builder only included gutters over door's and garage door, so i need to install some more since our topsoil is eroding by the foundation where the water runs off the roof. Is there anything hard with installing gutters besides just bolting them onto the side of the house?

Well, they need to be angled properly so the water drains, and have down spouts in the right places and correct number of down spouts.

If you have tree's in your 'hood, get the leaf guards too

Have seamless installed. It's not that expensive and you won't have leaky joints to worry about.
