Yeah, it's not my first choice, but leases are almost double what a reasonable fixed rate mortgage are and we're not going to buy until 2015. So this is an area that was easily affordable with the ability to save more $$$$$$. When we buy it'll be in the double oak/flower mound area. What issues did you have with mesquite? That way I can prepare myself, lol.
