    Anyone know if they're still hiring? I heard you need to go to the office to inquire, this true? I'm looking to ditch my 1st shift gig to land a 2nd shift gig.

    you pretty much nailed it. If they have an opening in weld, paint, maint., or qa they will have a posting that you can bid to other then that you start out at the bottom for the most part.

    I am starting in general assembly, don't know which department yet. In the interview process they made it seem like everyone starts out in general assembly then moves up if they qualify. I mostly mig weld, though i have experience with tig and stick.
