            what is yalls schedule best I can figure out yall work 6 hrs a day .What time do you go in and what days do you work?

                  15 min break at 9am
                  30 min lunch at 11:30
                  15 min break at 1
                  7.5 hrs and you stay verry busy

                      I work for a shop and it's pretty good but we work from 7-6m-f and with my 1.5 hr drive it's whippin my ass . We aren't as busy as we used to be . Are y'all hourly or flat rate ? What kinda hours are ya running avg ? Do they have insurance ?

                        Hourly,40 guaranteed. Overtime when behind,which is like always. Who knows whats gonna go on with the new "plan" coming. Get insurance and dental benefits too
