Need help with water spots

So i washed my car the other day. Used Saginaw water and got most of the water off before it dried on there. Unfortunately i forgot about the window. So I went to clean the window came out good. Or so i thought. Driving to work this morning and noticed water spots everywhere. Cant see em till the light hits it just right.. I used armor all window cleaner. Its always worked well for me. How do i get these water spots off? I usually go over the car with meguiars mist wax after i wash it and i like it.

I dont know anything about clay barring or anything. But my car has the spiderweb effect all over the place. How much will it cost for someone to get rid of it? Also what quality mf you suggest?

Very nice, I'm glad you like the ONR as far as the water spots go: have you tried clay barring the paintwork? Are the spots above surface deposits, ar if you look closely, are they etchings? Acid rain or contaminated water can cause etchings in the paintwork requiring polishing. The spider webbing effect you see can be from a variety of differents causes: automatic washes, debris being trapped in wash media or pad etc. If you'd like, PM me and I may be able to help you through it.

Shit man, Im afraid id fuck up the paint if i tried any clay baring or anything. Just never trusted myself with that shit. But i would love to rid of the webbing effect. Cars all nice and good looking till you get close..

It would be very difficult to mess up paint, unless you get dirt trapped in the clay, with an OTC kit. PM replied!

With their 110 DA polisher to get it off windows, paint...etc. Real thin coat. Same concept though if doing by hand.

I wouldn't use 205 on windows due to the oils in the polish.

For paint though, 205 is perfect for light swirls! Just finished up a viper green rs4 that recieved a one step with 205. With Ford paint being a medium hardness, I'd go with a LC white or orange. Try and find the flat pads if you can, the ccs ones suck imo.

A clay bar will do you wonders on the water spots and slight swirls. I always clay while the vehicle is still wet and use water to rinse away the dirt instead of the quick detailer. Follow up with the above mentioned and a good sealer wax.
