I think he wants to restore it for sentimental value along with being able to ride it.

Restored H2's go for around $10 - 12K. Not going sell, just restore a classic bike that use to be my uncles until he passed away in a car accident in 1974. I'll ride some, but not alot. I figure I'll put atleast $4K into it.
