Best trails or areas around DFW for dirt bikes

Looking for a place to ride dirt bikes in DFW. Post up any known spots please if you have them.

Marshall creed or red river atv park.

Marshall Creek (Trophy Club) is about the only place that's consistent and it's small. Most folks head to our northern border to ride.

They are everywhere. Depending on what your level is, you can look at TCCRA, Torn, TORO, etc for racing orgs to open you up to different tracks.

and you dont have to race, you can go ride there practice and ride one off tracks that way.

I like Rocky Ridge, lots of space, legal and you can camp.

Haven't been there in years, but remember it being pretty easy riding, very family oriented, and easy to cover most of it in a fast paced ride. I generally hit up red river atv (being pretty local we just call it Bulcher) or the riding area at lake Murray. Mostly the last couple years I just hit the hiking trails down from my house and shop on lake texoma. Probably a good 20 plus mile ride depending on how we hit the various trails.

All that gear gets damned hot. I usually just put around withna helmet, too old to be wild and crazy on the dirt scooters.

the race series tracks mentioned above would be a good place to start for there will be medics and people to help if you get into trouble. the main reason you go to these tracks is that they are directional. hitting a quad or side by side on a dirt bike is usually a broken femur for the dirt bike rider.
