I bought my bike and it had a standard length D&D slip-on. I changed it to a cut down Yoshi slip-on and the Yoshi is louder IMO.

    really turn me off quick.
    I can't stand them
what amazes me is my POS kirker old school exhaust on my CBR F2 never sounded as shitty as those until all the packing nearly blew out.
I rebuilt it / packed it up , rivited it up
and it sounds like normal again.

Why the fuck do people buy these things? do you really want to hear that 100db shit on the freeway all the time youre riding?

Generally a cut down pipe doesn't do much for db reduction, most are the loudest fucking thing you've ever heard.

<--- has had 3ish D&Ds, one was a carbon, just trimmed a couple inches (cover ALL your skin if you ever cut/trim carbon fiber, way worse than fiberglass, WAY worse) and wasn't as loud as some of these super cut down "stunt" cans.

I rolled around with stock exhaust on my 954 for about 5yrs before I finally put a cut down Erion Racing pipe on it. I used to like the stealthy sound when I was riding more wheelies and fuckin around more, but I like the look and sound of the Erion a lot better. But GODDAMN is it LOUD! I'm waiting to get pulled over on it. When I pull up next to a car on the highway, they've gotta switch the phone to the other ear. Shit is loud.

fucking shit ton of them - cruiser ppl are the damn worst.
Apparently they think cruisers can't get into accidents

reminds me of what the old guy DMV instructor told me when I got my license -

mind you he has a serious look in his eye -
he said 'son' , you better pay attention, cause the day may come where you don't have a choice....
once I was cruising along, and a semi changes lanes right on top of me.
I looked at that ditch and I aimed right the hell for it with all my attention.
and he waded it up in the ditch.

if you don't get the moral of that story, I think you aught to not be riding motorcycles.
better than the story my friend told me about concentration say while taking a bend on a street bike and focusing your eyes / all your attention / on the line you are taking , the speed you are going , balance front/rear, avail traction coming up the pavement, and say even your breathing.

When something shitty happens, it's amazing the level of clarity you need to avert a dangerous accident / injury.
I'll have to agree with all that ive heard, inattentiveness is absolutely the most dangerous thing in any vehicle. The price is sky high though for a mistake on a 2 wheeler though.

I also have a large AS with the carbon fiber knuckles. I think I need a medium as it's tight, but it seems to fit better for me.

I really hate wearing my gloves... I think I might have gotten them a size too big. Bought them online and never liked 'em, but tried on a size smaller at CycleGear and it seemed much more fitting. I suppose I need to cough up the cash for them.

I know if I end up going down without gloves my hands are going to be torn the hell up :/
