Who said he struggled? The crooked cop that lied? You automatically believe the word of the lying cop.

His nose could have broken when he hit the pavement. What does his chest being fucked up even mean? Does he have congestion? Is a rib broken? Did he not have a shirt on and get a abrassion on his boo boo?

Again, you have decided to automatically believe the word of the lying cop, instead of the person that was assaulted for doing nothing illegal. If you actually watched the whole video, you would have saw where it mentioned his injuries.

Yeah, the camera doesn't lie, and in this case, it isn't "his best defense", it is his worst nightmare, as it proves he is a crooked cop. Funny how that goes both ways, huh?

If he lied? Everyone saw the video, everyone read the report, so where do you get the "if"? He straight up lied, and that is why his police force is taking action against him.

It is kinda hard to fabricate evidence when a video is running, while you are laying on the ground bleeding, and while you are handcuffed going to the emergency room. On the other hand, it is real easy to fabricate evidence on paper while you are setting in a cop car away from the camera.

Police brutaliy is nothing new but, just about everyone having some type of video source to capture it is fairly new .

In this case filmed, the officer became angry for no real apparent reason ? I see no need to attack the exact same public that they are hired to protect.

It does to me, seem that the system is broken, this type of situation should really never happen any where at any time but or daily lives are now filled with it .

Law enforcements rebuttal is always " Tough, thank less job "

Police at one time were held at the highest level of respect ..But time after time the citizens being arrested for no reason , officers telling lies in court , breaking laws to enforce laws , police beating, shootings, etc ..

The public has no sense of how to react , we should not be affraid to be approached by one , or make eye contact fearing they have had a bad day and they and the fellow officers will stop you and deal out their form of street justice

Police departments thru-out the USA need to take a hard look on how to create a complete new outlook or the problem will only escalate further

The officer obviously made a severe indiscretion here, at the very least the guy should have his medical bills paid. Even if the guy didn't live there, he did nothing wrong by filming, and was well within his rights as an american citizen. The overzealous cop (proven by his own lies) should get what's coming to him, and the deparment should take it as a lesson in their hiring requirements and procedures.
