Oh yeah FTP this guy did absolutley nothing wrong he was just minding his business and a random cop came over and beat the shit out of him. From the sound of it he just took the guy to the ground. Yeah he probably put his knee in his back while trying to cuff the guy but oh well. The cop isnt really acting like an ass afterwards either. Tell the cop you live there and dont be a douche. From what you can see no one piles on either so no problems there. I can say with out a doubt I would not have reacted that way butttt the guy could have prevented the entire situation. I actually take more issue with the guy slapping the chick in IHOP then with this guy getting taken down.

When the cop told him to stop and put the camera down why not do it for a second just to ID yourself? Why struggle once you get into the altercation with the cop? His nose could have broken when he hit the pavement. What does his chest being fucked up even mean? Does he have congestion? Is a rib broken? Did he not have a shirt on and get a abrassion on his boo boo? Does it really sound like the cop took him down and beat his ass on the video? We are video and sound all the time and I love it because people lie all the time and the camera is our best defense. If the cop lied on the police report then screw that guy I am not defending him or his actions. I am just saying there is probably some fabrication on both parts.

I look at it completely different and I don't think the camera guy provoked anything. The officer drove over and didn't skip a beat the whole time. I can't stand people who jabber mouth about their rights and are more annoying in the process than actually proving a point but I didn't get the impression that this guy was annoying. The second time he asked he said he lived there.

The cop was a douche and should be dealt with.

In my opinion, the presence of the camera alone escalated the situation with an already hostile police officer looking for a reason. Then he started spouting off at the mouth lying about where he lived. Then, he kept running his mouth telling a pissed officer what his job is.

As soon as that cop drove over and asked him that question, he should have said "No" and walked his ass back into the house. The officer then would have drove off and he could have gone back outside sticking his nose into business that wasn't his to start with.
