The z should have been faster in all aspects. That guy couldnt drive for shit.

97 mph in the traps shows it has the power to run a mid 14 1/4 mile....Respectable #'s for an Accord or a stock 97 mustang GT. Not for a modern performance car. Versus 114 mph in the traps, the 350 has no hopes of catching the stang without a serious turbo.

On the track course and slalom, the mustang showed little drama. The Z was rollin.... 20K in suspension can buy a lot of the wrong parts, and it showed.
