unfortunately im a family man and have a weak budget but as it progresses i will have more pictures and updates.
alot of this kit is going to be custom fabricated as so hopefully have more pics soon!
We might try to make more power but that all depends on what we lookin like on the dyno during tune time

Hopefully, you will be able to pull more then 300ish HP out of it. If not, the 60hp gain from all that work might not be worth your time and investment. I think it will be a cool build but you might need to put a little more research into what kind of gains you will see before jumping in to it.Base curb weight, lb 3175
Base engines 3.0L/240-hp DOHC I-6 ('95); 3.2L/240-hp DOHC I-6 ('96-'99)

Actually you aren't accounting for drivetrain loss.Originally posted by Stroked87 View PostHopefully, you will be able to pull more then 300ish HP out of it. 240*0.15 = 36
240-36 = 204(rwhp)
300/350-204 = 96/146hp(gain)
Pretty respectable IMO.

i thought all that got changed to it standing for Black Mans WheelsOriginally posted by dville_gt View PostStolen from another forum:
Definitions:
Bimmer - proper accepted slang for BMW cars. Most people don't know this.
Beamer/Beemer - proper accepted slang for BMW motorcycles. You will hear this term used incorrectly by many people.
Bummer - When you get a speeding ticket.
Bitter - Another German car. Very rare; hand built.
So just why is a BMW car called a 'bimmer' not a 'beemer' or 'beamer'?
The answer in part lies in knowing some BMW history and what came first.first class white trash

Why would I account for drivetrain loss? Nowhere in the OPs statement nor in the article does it say wether or not those numbers are at the crank or at the wheels. One has to assume that we are comparing apples to apples, if not then fine it is a decent gain. I still don't know that it is that great of a gain for a twin turbo system, but I guess that will also depend on the cost.Originally posted by Z06killinsbf View PostActually you aren't accounting for drivetrain loss.
