Yeah, when Krazy Kris posts up the pics, he'll be the winner.
My two worst both happened to my left index finger. No pics of either. First time was when I was 15, was cutting tree limbs with a machete, lost my footing and chopped into the left index fingerin the section between the hand and first knuckle away from the hand. Chopped halfway through the bone.
Second time was when I was about 35. I was trimming a piece of plastic with a brand new exacto knife. The knife slipped and I split my finger lengthwise from the tip to the last knuckle, right through the nail. That one was pretty tricky to stitch up.

I will post pics later but I have had my foot crushed between the knuckles of a locomotive and a rail car at 15mph and the knuckles made a joint like my foot wasn't even in there. I have had my head split open from ear to ear during brain surgery for the removal of a arterial legion the size of a lime

Too bad I don't have the X-rays of my foot turned completely around and separated from the ankle with the tibia broken and sticking crossways out of the skin. I was in the back of a '79 Blazer and the seatbelt was stuck under the seat so I didn't have it on. The bolt that holds the steering box to the frame broke so we went straight into a huge oak tree at 35 or 40 mph.

No pics...
The summer before my freshman year I went on a trip to New Braunfels with my school. We were behind a building filling up water balloons for a fight and a kid decided to start early. I grabbed 2 balloons from our bucket and ran after him. I chased him across the "courtyard" of the cabins we were staying at. He ran inside his cabin just before I did, and I reached my hand out to hold the door open. He slammed the door and my hand missed the wood section and went straight through the glass.
I immediately pulled my hand out and found a cut that went up my wrist and to my hand, about 3 1/2 inches in overall length. I ended up going to the ER with 5 severed tendons and the nerve to my hand cut. Only remaining problems now are that my thumb movement is restricted due to scar tissue and the nerves in my left hand are a little confused.
(I played football the next season with my left hand taped up, they called me megaman.)

Mine was nice and pretty inside and out.
This is what happens when you spin your foot around backwards.
All fixed up, they left the fibula to heal on it's own as I mentioned in the other thread.
Good thing chicks dig scars.
'Cause I got a matching set, plus the incisions (sp) needed to insert and pin the rod.

When I was in college, I was chasing a friend down a hallway to beat his ass, he ran into his room, and knowing I wasn't going to make the doorway in time, I leaped with my hands out to stop him shutting the door, and ended up getting my finger in the hinge side of a steel door. He then promptly slammed the door. Immediately I looked at my finger started pounding on the door "Open the fucking door!" etc.. he laughed and said no way. Then he saw blood coming through the jamb. He opened the door and it cut my finger off. That was the most painful experience I've ever had in my life. Had to get it sewed back on. Doctor sewed through my nail to hold my finger tip on. A few weeks later when the stitches came out my fingernail fell off, that was the most disgusting experience ever.. and boy did it smell. bleh.
The CEO of my old company brought me up on stage to give me an award, and to make small talk he asked me about my finger, and asked me which one it was that I hurt. I laughed and gave him the middle finger (which was the right finger), it was epic - I got to give my CEO the finger in front of the entire company.
