I'm on a 2/4 with trimmed bump stops. I still bottom out quite a bit. Other than bottoming out it rides very good. I need to trim a little more off to gain some travel.

Yeah, I hit my bump stops all the time, lol.Originally posted by dblack1 View PostHaving done this drop before I'd stay with a 2/4. At 5" you really don't have enough space for rear suspension travel. My four wheeler had it riding on the pancake bumpstop and towing was out of the question.
I went to a 2/4 after that, which rides better anyway as the factory suspension is used.

I have a McGaughys 5/7 kit with shocks/flips kit for the rear and drop spindles. It's very low.
How low do you want it?

I know where a set of the other factory 22's are for sale. He wants 1500 tires and wheels.

Yeah, I know Cory personaly from when I lived there, love the stuff those guys build. The lift is in Ryans dads garage at the house, lol.Originally posted by BttleFedC10 View PostNice, all that cost that guy around 4-5K.
I budgeted around 4k as I'll be getting some used stuff, have some parts already from my turbo fox and no meth/th400/
4l80e, an only some trial and error.
I just need to find out what to do gear wise as I'm planning on keeping the huge wheels I've got now (22s) and switch to stock 16's and DRs for the strip.Last edited by VaderTT; 11-04-2011, 02:23 PM.
