exactly. 10k car vs 35k car and it was damn near even. plus it is just more fun being the underdog. imo. plus i am betting that 4.6 had the shitty 3.6 blower pulley on it.

raise the compression of a 2v 4.6, throw some decent heads and cams, keep it n/a and it will hold its own with (if not beat) a new 5.0 for far less $$.
