Sorry, but I'll forgo taking the time to type out a cogent explanation in your particular case. Your point of view is obviously skewed to begin with. I'm not sure it would afford any worthwhile benefit to someone that clearly thinks/implies that a cop pulling over a DWI offender towards the end of his shift, is simply to further pad his paycheck.
