The contour was a damn disaster from a electrical perspective. Geez those cars sucked. The SVT looked good, and had a nice 2.5L Duratec, but geez - I don't think I would ever own one."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin

No...it's not... True, the distance between two cars going the same speed is closed as quickly as one car going the same speed towards a wall, but energy imparted is not equal. Two cars hitting each other at 60 is like a car hitting a brick wall at 60, and two cars hitting each other at 120 is like a car hitting a brick wall at 120.Originally posted by GhostTX View PostWhat he (guy in video) meant to say is, 120mph collision into a wall is equivalent of two 60mph cars hitting head to head.

This is true. When two equal opposing forces collide they will stop each other dead in their tracks, similar to hitting a wall with no give.Originally posted by Ratt View PostNo...it's not... All kidding aside, I did the same damn experiment mythbusters did when I was a sophomore in high school circa 2000."Self-government won't work without self-discipline." - Paul Harvey
