You are right about the deal. However the other one is a 4 door, most of the real hard to find shit (trim) isn't going to carry over in large part. But, 80% of the shit will. Just a little more than I was expecting. I was prepared financially to buy one, but not two. My experience is that you must send a certified letter notifying the previous registered owner that you wish to retitle in your name.
