Not for long.

But.. I'm thinking headers, 1.72 rockers. Lighter/better springs, electric w/p and a Anderson power pipe should wake it up a bit, 240-250rwhp and who knows how much torque.. Almost 300rwtq is impressive to me. That or make more power another way.

I guess you're right, I did get my car at 13 and worked my ass off to build it and restore it. I give this guy a little hell, some ribbing for being excited about low HP numbers. I've tried directing him to do some tasteful mods but I guess you're right that I do know everything. And the PST would bump him into the 400 range.

I've tried to race a few stock srt4s but they always back down. :/

Theyre quick for sure, I've seen them get nasty with just a few mods.

He is not excited with low numbers he is excited that it made 40hp more than almost everyone else said it would. Also his first dyno and its generaly a good memory. If he had shit loads of money and a fast car most would be swingin from his testicles like jungle jim. He is doing things right and learning along the way.

Everyone needs "ribbing" from time to time. It builds thick skin!
