It actually is slow, I just make sure I line up next to dragsters every time and have them set off each of the timing markers for me from their lane so I get these fluke runs.

          • got a little grudge race this weekend with chad's nitrous 240z. should be fun.

rewired a ton of stuff under the hood to clean things up (funny how adding new electronics one by one over time you can end up with quite a mess). now that i've got the car pretty much like i want it i figured it was time to dive into there and clean up.

yup, we are setting it up street car style. meeting at Rudy's in the Highlands at 1pm, eat then cruise them to the track. 30min to get ready/cool down then let 'em rip. both of us are running 93 octane for our primary fueling (he's got a stand alone with race gas for the nitrous and i've got the meth injection).

ya, the one you can see in that picture is a passenger side manifold from a chevy truck pointed forwards, and the other side (passenger), is a passenger side c6 manifold that is pointed the correct way but the pipe turns back and snakes around the k-member and the a/c compressor/steering rack then under the oil pan and into the merge.
