looked like it was traveling the opposite direction and was turning left crossing traffic.

time of impact i bet was near 50, they werent hauling ass.

IDIOT pulled in front of them. They werent weaving or anything, I think the fault was mostly from person pulling in front of them, not like u couldent see them! But I understand they were still in the wrong for doing what they were.

Racing or even just hauling ass on a busy road is plain stupid. One of my good friends Grandpa was killed in a similar wreck, guy in a hot rod truck was doing 80+ in a 40 zone of a busy street. It's just senseless.

^^^^^^this^^^^^ At the time of impact, it doesn't appear they were "racing". If they were going 50, then a ticket should have been issued for speeding and then question what the drive of the car that pulled out in front of them was doing.
