Dealer will file claim under their Open Lot policy. Usually a large dealership carries blanket limits based on their monthly inventory values. I'm assuming this dealer has $3-4 million limit. policy limits come up real fast when a vette is involved. the dealer eats a good amount of it one way or another.
The drunk driver's policy will be maxed for sure, if he/she carried any.

Sorry! I actually misread it as "Who was the guy driving?" Need to pay closer attention. And it's been a long hangover filled day.
