that happened to a local dealer here in dallas as well. someone racing on 635 took out a corvette and a malibu if i remember correctly.

policy limits come up real fast when a vette is involved. the dealer eats a good amount of it one way or another.

Dealer will file claim under their Open Lot policy. Usually a large dealership carries blanket limits based on their monthly inventory values. I'm assuming this dealer has $3-4 million limit. The only thing the dealer will eat is the policy deductible per unit, which is usually $1,000.

The drunk driver's policy will be maxed for sure, if he/she carried any.
