They in good shape? I assume they are stock gears? Anyone know how much abuse they can handle, I'd hate to put some weak gears in my 33 spline spooled rear end, but I really don't know how much different they'd be then a set of aftermarkets. 3.08's would really help the cruising rpm from 3.73!

Put 3.08s in it and run a 25.5-26.5" tire on the street. It will look much better and have good driveability without OD. Those 3.08s will FLY when you have a shitload of torque like your car has.
I'd still run 28s at the track tho...When the government pays, the government controls.
