very nice control, a friend of mine's dad went for a job interview once. He was applying for a dozer job, talking about pay he requested like $20 an hour, guy wanted to pay like
$10 or something cheap. Anyway, he gave him a demonstration and laid out a really nice smooth pad with a dirt pile then proceeded to cut and rut it up messing around a little. Afterwards the employer asked what was up when he messed up after doing such a nice job. Guy replied "before was $20 per hour work and the later was what $10 per hour would get him". Don't remember if he got or took a job, but the story has always stuck with me. -
