To add on, if it's similar to some AL - they'll serve the public too every so often w/o any representation from a member. Heck, the one in Van Alstyne says open to the public as well. HOWEVER, it's still referred to as a "private club" or whatever.

I think based off the way that man was acting, that kid probably truly regretted being a dumb ass. I don't think we'll read anything about him pressing charges.

I'm a Veteran of a Foreign War, but I'm not a VFW member. With that said, I don't know the rules, but at :38 in the video, there is a sign that says "Open to the Public". I don't know how to interpret that, but I could mean that anyone can come in and drink.
