    I had the tyco sets, but one of my friends had the badass slot cars where you could switch tracks and steer them... always wished I could have that but the parents wouldn't budge.

    As a kid of the late 70's & early 80's, I was a fanatic for the electric cars and trains. I would even try to make the cars do burn outs and have mock drag races with them. Fortunately, I somehow managed to keep every one of these sets and now my 10 year old son plays with them. They have seen plenty of abuse over the years but they still work.

    HELL YEA!! I loved girder and panel. Had my hot wheels track set up and used to build buildings and have the track go through the buildings.

    Also just went to Tornado Terry's in Keller. They have several of the namco(?) games and I got to play Robotron for hours while my kids played everything else. Several of these had 48 games, with Donkey Kong, DK Jr, and many others that were great growing up. They also have one of these for sale - $1995, I think.
