No, they bring in already processed turkeys like Butterball, Jenni-O, etc. When I say trim, I mean emptying the necks and gizzards, trimming the excess skin around the neck and butt, etc. I don't have the capacity to pluck, and truly process them. We cook about 300 birds over a span of two days, there just isn't time for that.Originally posted by Chopped54 View PostAre they wild turkeys?
If I bring you a couple of Rio's can you process and fry them???
If so how much?
I'll shoot you a pm.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

Prepped how? They bring them the way the grocery store sells them. We do everything else.Originally posted by mstng86 View PostDo people bring them up there already prepped?Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

I'll shoot you a pm.And Shepherds we shall be
For thee, my Lord, for thee.
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand
Our feet may swiftly carry out Thy commands.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee
And teeming with souls shall it ever be.
