Cathy is one class act. I have a few friends flying for them. Truly unbelievable how they are treated! Makes me sooo jealous. American carriers can't hold a candle to the likes of Cathy, Qantas, or even JAL!

Its like we(all American carriers) are stuck in the 50's in pay, work rules and comfort for the passengers! Another premo carrier is Lufthansa and British Airways!

Not only are we at AA going through bankruptcy, our management wants to basically cut all of our quality of life in half! along with our salaries. How well are the passengers going to be treated by disgruntled employees?
It is hard to remain professional day in and day out, then when I see posts like this! It brings me back to reality that air travel is elite travel. That is why I started flying 30 years ago.

You forgot Singapore Air...within the top 3 global as far as service and class. I'd put them right behind Emirates...only with much better looking service.

So right! and Emirates as well as Qatar! True 5 star airline.



AA's international service USED to be top notch.......well it has slipped a bit these days. It seems that all management wants to do is pay themselves obscene bonuses and not put back into the airline! The Enron way! We (all AA employees) are in the fight of our career lives....company wants to wipe out 30+ years of labor negotiations and labor contracts with the bankruptcy proceedings.

At the same time, pay themselves HUGE bonuses! Corporate greed has to stop somewhere.

They also own a predator park. One of the benefits of knowing the owners....pet the Cheetahs
They have 2 cheetahs that were hand raised. Dyson it the bigger, Hoover is the smaller one. Only have pics of Dyson

They have 6 white lion males that are on another property waiting to move to Molokwane
