Here's an interview with her. If you watch the clips you can see what's going on - but I don't think the 'camera man' is physically holding the camera. There's NO way any person can stand that still when a car is tumbling towards them.. hell, even if there's not a car tumbling towards you. If you watch the video closely, it appears that the camera is the yellow triangle thing - the person that bails out is way passed that 'object' that appears to be the camera.

Well, I was close, the camera was between him and the camera, which was on a tripod. Looks like the wheelie bars are what got the tripod.
