It's called the Spicup, for interested parties. Designed by Bertone in '69.

Though the Spicup never made it to production, Alfa Romeo wound up producing the very similar looking and Bertone designed Montreal shortly thereafter. Note the proportions/shape and the headlight/frontal area in particular.
