I read that moisture is a razor's worst enemy because it will rust the blade. It was suggested that dipping it in alcohol and shaking off the excess will remove the water and the blade will dry completely.

Tell me about it. All of the men in my family shave, I am the complete oddball on that and no one seems to know why. I am certainly not complaining though, the only real downside is how young I look.

After I move to the new house, and get my shop setup, I'm going to be making some Razor handles, shaving brushes, and stands. There are several Mach 3 kits available.

I did use mach 3/fusion. My wife bought some knock off brand called Wilkinson from Walmart and Iv switch to them now. They're only $5 for 5 refills.
