So that's what it was. I couldn't put a finger on it exactly. It's a clean looking car."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin
"A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury." -Alexander Fraser Tytler

Man, if I hadn't had to replace so many damn parts on it just to get it running right, it would have been done weeks ago. Bear in mind I just bought it back in October. It's been pretty neglected up to that point.Originally posted by 46Tbird View PostMan you cleaned that car up nicely. I like that it doesn't have the rocker mouldings, it thins the car out considerably. Then no wing... no side scoops... no funky shit anywhere. It is sharp!
When I see that car, I think 'finally, someone did one right.' I just wish you'd finish it.

I don't want to put the stock rocker panels on it quite yet. I don't like that it sits taller without them, but I hate how they bulge out too. I was considering modifying them, but I don't work with plastic/urethane so I am a bit at a loss on what to do exactly.
I appreciate the kind words btw, that is a lost form of communication around here lately.

Tim, i would do something like they did on the 03-04 cobra with their side skirts. It is simple, and extends straight down. Very clean lines. It doesnt buldge out like the 99-04 mustang GT or the 94-98 side skirts.Originally posted by CWO View PostMan, if I hadn't had to replace so many damn parts on it just to get it running right, it would have been done weeks ago.
