My parents are accepting of whatever anyone wants to do/be, so they aren't a problem; and their parents, who are the complete opposite, are all dead, so I couldn't care less. If it makes him happy and helps him reach whatever his true and full potential are, then, again, I say go for it.

The men carry lineage and name rights. That guy carries none of it and has a viral video proving it from an early age. Nothing more than I can see how disappointing it would be to watch umpteen generations of your family tree wither up and die... on film... only at age 12.
