I have tried it for the last 6 months. I have zero interest in not eating and when that aspect is brought up, it makes people roll their eyes.
I have done 30 minutes so far and it will change your life. It will knock you on your ass if you do it in the morning. I dont feel shit in the evening.

it is like having your battery recharged. I can only describe it as the best feeling I have ever felt in my life. You cant get enough of it. It is fucking addictive. lol I know people think it is nuts, but we also thought it was nuts to think the world was round. I have heard tons of people scoff at it and I just grin......because you cant tell me what I feel is not real. the people that scoff are those that never tried. But, can you imagine staring at the sun for 30 minutes and not going blind? Well, I have done it.....think it was more like 34 or so.
