I live in a largely Hispanic community which I enjoy because they tend to be friendly folks with a lot of handy shop tools and a wide set of valuable skills. They stay out of my business and always wave. They are typically the "may I borrow a cup of sugar" type of neighbors. Now the flip side of all of that is that 24 hours per day the street is littered with toys and children like a fucking obstacle course. I do my best not to hit any of them but am fairly certain that if I ever plow through just one or two no one will ever notice. They will just have more. But again, streets are for cars not kids.
