If you think you got the same benefit from a "cam" tune as you would get from actual cams, then there's really nothing else to say. Glad you're happy with it.

I'm not saying the "Cam Idle" gives the same benefit as a cam change. I'm saying that with the variable cam timing, a tune can now give the same benefit as changing to a mild cam in a pushrod car...

I don't have a youtube account. Never looked into it as I never really post any videos. For now still has factory H and Cats. Looking to get a high flow catted X or H soon and get the resonators removed.

Why the hate? A hot rod should SOUND GOOD too. Unfortunately with the coyote you get a sewing-machine smooth idle with an obnoxious rasp at high RPMs. Adding loud exhaust just moves the exhaust sound into dump truck territory, which isn't very flattering.

Not exactly. I recieve compliments all the time on how great mine sounds. Running stock headers, cat delete, 3" mid pipe with an X and GT500 mufflers. I believe it is the perct setup for the new 5oh, and there has been many different setups on it already. The cammed tune is retarded, it soundss cammed at idle and nowhere else.
