That looks like the door handle off of an 88 - 91/92 chevy full size truck. Is that a homemade tailgate too?

Edit, that appears to be a chevy tailgate somehow attached to an F250. That might explain the aluminum.

I took this picture with my 2mp potatoe at night. But yes the guy had a mount that went into the hitch receiver that held his full size spare. It was just fabulous.
